The surgeon I used didn’t supply a compression wrap, only a post-op surgical bra. This wrap was a complete lifesaver as I needed a little extra support for the first week post op after explant and lift. My only complaint is that it was disposable meaning I couldn’t wash it and it ended up getting quite smelly. I could’ve purchased two but I was already in a different bra by the time I needed to throw this one away.

I use this over the FlexFit Ultra high coverage bra when exercising and it creates great stability and compression after implant removal
9 inch band is too wide for me but works. Good compression for seroma prevention . Strapless support helps tender shoulders.
